Impact Solutions last week won the Heriot Watt Energy Academy prize at the first Glasgow Cleantech Innovate competition.

The competition, organised by EcoConnect, brings together the leading innovators in clean technology to pitch their technologies to investors and showcase the innovations which will shape the UK’s low carbon future.

Impact’s technology, which helps recycle mixed plastics was recognised as being one of the key technologies to help the UK reduce their carbon usage over the coming years.
